Make sure your bike seat tube fits this seat post dropper. 2. Ensure sure your bike seat tube has no sand, dirt, metal shavings or other debris inside which may scratch the dropper post. 3. Install the seat post with the cable port facing the rear. 4. Install the remote control switch onto your bicycles handlebar. 5. Install and fasten the cable with zip ties onto your bikes frame. 6. Turn the handlebar fully left and right to make sure the cable routing does not interfere with your steering control.
