155Mbps SFP MMF 1310nm 2km Transceiver for Fast Ethernet/STM-1/OC-3

155Mbps STM-1/OC-3 SFP Optical Transceiver Module (MMF, 1310nm, 2km, LC, DDM, Commercial or Industrial Temperature) Optcore’s OSP155-312DxR is a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver module for duplex optical data communications such as Fast Ethernet and SDH/SONET OC-3/STM-1. This SFP module provides a 2km transmission distance over multi-mode fiber at a nominal wavelength of 1310nm. The transmitter section uses a 1310nm FP laser that is class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses a high-speed InGaAs PIN photodiode (PD) and trans-impedance preamplifier. The 155Mbps SFP module series is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. For further information, please see SFP MSA and SFF-8472 standards. We provide 155M 2km SFP transceiver with Commercial Temperature (OSP155-312DCR) and Industrial Temperature (OSP155-312DTR) versions for different applications. The commercial temperature 155Mbps SFP 2km transceiver is designed for standard commercial-grade Ethernet switch and media converters, with lower cost and high performance. The OSP155-312DTR industrial temperature 155Mbps SFP 2km transceiver is ruggedly built to exceed the specifications of commercial SFP transceivers with industrial operating temperature, making it ideal for use in industrial Ethernet switches and industrial media converters in harsh industrial Ethernet environments. This industrial SFP transceiver delivers rugged superior reliability and high performance for extreme industrial networking applications, such as industrial automation, the intelligent transportation system (ITS), military, security surveillance, oil and gas, and outdoor applications.
