Within India Shipping:
All shipments destination within India are shipped via renowned currier services, you can find specific shipment chares on check-out page while placing an order.
For Terracotta Murals and large quantity tiles order (>20 pcs), Shipping Charges to be discussed with our Customer Service: +91 7439906048 before placing an order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINES
Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 2 – 5 Business Days (depending on availability of the product and finishing)

Special Note for Fragile Item Shipping Like Terracotta/Ceramics:
Shipping is handled solely by third party Courier Companies. We pay maximum attention in packaging so that Fragile Items are not damaged in transit. Customers CAN NOT hold thedisposablevapes responsible for shipping quality such as transit damage or delay. No Refund / Replacement will be done for defective delivery by courier company.
For safety of fragile items Special Wood Crating can be done against a Wood Crate Charge. For this please contact us for details.
However, on special cases, thedisposablevapes may decide at its sole discretion to replace the transit-damaged terracotta to the customer against a Re-Shipping Charge paid by the customer as a good will gesture.
International Shipping Charges:
Shipping Charges for International destination vary widely depending on Country, City, Zone etc. You will be directed to our ‘Customer Service Department’ while placing an order who will help you in determining the Packaging and Shipping cost for your order. DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. These are over and above the price and any shipping charges paid to us. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery of your order. You receive an invoice raised by the shipping agent.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF CONSIGNER
In case of non-availability of the consigner at the registered address our shipping partners will attempt to deliver the order 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
